Reopening Plans for Protecting Your Workplace
We are proud and honored that our Sterling branch manager, David Hickey, had the opportunity to speak on best practices for protecting your workplace during your business reopening and take questions from local businesses in a webinar organized by the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce. This session was one of many in the “Open for Business” series designed to equip every Loudoun business to adopt a reopening strategy post COVID-19 as people return to work or transition into the office after having worked from home.
David went over how we prepared for reopening here at Jenkins Restorations and established a process for assisting other businesses in our community to do the same. During the webinar, he provided examples from our own reopening plans as he touched on the three action items critical to opening effectively and staying open in the long term: preparing a strategy, implementing segmentation according to social distancing protocols, and educating both employees and customers about these efforts.
