Training & certification

Jenkins University is the starting point for all training at Jenkins Restorations. For our employees, this is where new hire training begins and the avenue through which we encourage continued education. Through our Jenkins University, we systematically prescribe entire learning paths or single courses to individuals, groups, or the entire company. While Jenkins University's primary purpose is to ensure consistent training and tracking across all departments, it is also used to assess candidates for hire through knowledge testing.

Internal certifications that Jenkins staff may obtain include:
  • EPA-Lead Renovator
  • Subrogation
  • Xactimate Training
  • OSHA 10/30/HAZWOPER
  • IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT)
  • IICRC Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT)
